为保证顺利清关，在管制产品清单中的产品需要申请并获得SASO IECEE Recognition Certificate (简称SIRC证书)。

 

具体产品可在SABER系统里凭HS Code确认是否在SIRC认证的范围内。

 

阶段一

新增管制产品类别：

 

  • Coffee makers/咖啡机；

  • Electrical pumps (5HP and below)/电动泵；

  • Cables/电缆。


    自2021年9月1日起新增产品列入SIRC强制认证范围

    Shavers/剃须刀；

  • Circuit breakers/断路器；

  • Mobile charging cables/移动充电线。

    原来IECEE认证管制产品范围

    • IECEx（防爆认证）管控范围

       

      1. Junction Box With Cable Glands/带电缆密封套的接线盒；

      2. Control Box With Cable Glands/带电缆密封套的控制箱；

      3. Lighting product/照明产品；

      4. Plugs and Sockets/插头和插座；

      5. Pumps/泵；

      6. Gas Detector and Gas Detection Systems/气体探测器和气体探测系统。

       

      此外，需要注意的是：

       

      SIRC证书是基于CB证书与CB测试报告发证， 资料齐全正确的情况下3-5周拿证；

       

      2021年7月1日起，对于信息技术类的产品，沙特仅接受IEC 62368-1 2018版报告。

       

      不再接受IEC 60950-1或IEC 62368-1 2014版的报告。
